I specialize almost exclusively in the greater-than-62-year-old demographic and Reverse Mortgages, and bring to the table my early experiences in insurance and securities, decades in retail and wholesale loan origination and mortgage banking, and my expertise in training, educating, and assisting, loan originators and staff in analyzing and structuring possible Reverse Mortgage scenarios.
I offer basis financial planning suggestions for seniors and retirees (and/or their financial/investment counselors and accountants) as it relates to Reverse Mortgages, and I counsel, pre-qualify, and if appropriate, originate and fund Reverse Mortgages for them.

I market the same FHA/HUD regulated and insured Reverse Mortgages as all the huge TV ad companies, but with personalized local analysis and service (and without the huge overhead).
